Returns
30-day returns. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. To start a return, email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number or message our live chat.
Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
If a change-of-mind return has been used, or is not in its original packaging and resaleable condition, we deduct 10% to cover inspection, testing and repackaging. Nothing is deducted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect; please tell us about these within 2 days of delivery.
Warranty
We proudly offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty for this product, providing peace of mind to our valued customers. However, it's important to note that this warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and will be voided upon transfer of ownership. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to commercial or institutional use or installation.
To ensure the integrity of the warranty, it's crucial to adhere to the following guidelines: any alteration, misuse, accident, or unauthorised repair of the device will render the warranty null and void.

We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days but can take 5-12 working days for certain items not readily available. Specific durations will be provided on checkout. Express delivery options are available sometimes for a larger cost. Get in touch and ask us and we'll get back ASAP.
We offer 30-day returns on all returnable products: let us know within 14 days of delivery, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
