Returns
30-day returns. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. To start a return, email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number or message our live chat.
Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
If a change-of-mind return has been used, or is not in its original packaging and resaleable condition, we deduct 10% to cover inspection, testing and repackaging. Nothing is deducted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect; please tell us about these within 2 days of delivery.
Warranty
2-Year Warranty + 2 Years' Parts Support. Years 1–2: if a fault arises in normal use, we repair or replace your panel free of charge. Years 3–4: we'll still help you diagnose the fault and supply replacement internal parts at cost (plus postage), so your panel keeps running.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or repair, use outside the published instructions, or normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days but can take 5-12 working days for certain items not readily available. Specific durations will be provided on checkout. Express delivery options are available sometimes for a larger cost. Get in touch and ask us and we'll get back ASAP.
