Returns
30-day returns. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. To start a return, email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number or message our live chat.
Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
If a change-of-mind return has been used, or is not in its original packaging and resaleable condition, we deduct 10% to cover inspection, testing and repackaging. Nothing is deducted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect; please tell us about these within 2 days of delivery.
Warranty
Therabody offers a 2 year limited warranty on this product. This warranty is void if the device has been subjected to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster or non-factory authorised modification or repair. This warranty is also void if the product has been operated or maintained in deviation from the published instructions.
The warranty extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to usage.

We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days but can take 5-12 working days for certain items not readily available. Specific durations will be provided on checkout. Express delivery options are available sometimes for a larger cost. Get in touch and ask us and we'll get back ASAP.
