UK delivery is free on orders over £25 and we ship worldwide. Sauna panels include a 2-year warranty plus 2 years' parts support. The bodybud Sauna Panel COMPACT is designed to bring red and near-infrared light into your sauna routine without taking up the space of a larger full-height panel.
Securely place, mount or hang the panel inside your sauna according to your set-up. Keep the treatment area approximately 15cm / 6 inches from the light where suitable.
Always ensure the panel is fitted safely and positioned so it cannot fall, overheat against surfaces or be touched accidentally during use.
Use the touchscreen or remote controller to select your preferred mode, brightness and session time. The timer can be set to 10, 15 or 20 minutes, making it easy to keep sessions controlled and repeatable.
The 4-channel dimming system allows you to adjust different light channels separately, including red, near-infrared, blue and amber wavelengths. This lets you create a more personalised sauna light session depending on your routine and preference.

What is the bodybud Sauna Panel COMPACT used for?

Can I use it inside a sauna?
Yes. The panel is designed for sauna use and is built to tolerate high-temperature and humid conditions. It has an IP65 rating and heat-resistant components.
How hot can the panel operate?
The panel monitors the temperature of its own internal components. If they reach 90°C, it automatically drops to 50% power to protect itself. This is the temperature inside the panel, not the air temperature of your sauna, so the panel is built to keep working through normal sauna sessions. Full guidance is in the user manual.
How long should I use it for?
The built-in timer allows 10, 15 and 20 minute sessions. Beginners should start gradually and increase time only if comfortable.
Does it have different light settings?
Yes. The panel includes 4-channel dimming, allowing you to adjust different wavelength groups and brightness levels from 0–100%.
Can I control it without touching the panel?
Yes. The panel includes a remote controller, so you can adjust settings more conveniently during your session.
Does it remember previous settings?
Yes. The smart mode system is designed with a memory function, making it easier to return to your preferred set-up.
Is it waterproof?
It is IP65 rated, meaning it is dustproof and water-resistant for sauna-style environments. It should not be immersed in water or washed heavily.
Can it be wall-mounted or hung?

Should I choose the COMPACT or MEGA panel?
Choose the COMPACT if you want a compact, targeted sauna light panel for smaller spaces or personal use. Choose the MEGA if you want larger coverage and a more immersive full-body light experience.
Is this a medical device?
No. This product is designed for general wellness, sauna ambience and personal light exposure routines. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

30-day returns. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. To start a return, email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number or message our live chat.
Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
You're welcome to open the packaging to inspect your item. If a change-of-mind return comes back without its original packaging, or with packaging too damaged to resell it in, or needing cleaning before it can be resold, we deduct up to 10% to cover replacement packaging or cleaning. Nothing is deducted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect; please tell us about these within 2 days of delivery.
2-Year Warranty + 2 Years' Parts Support. Years 1–2: if a fault arises in normal use, we repair or replace your panel free of charge. Years 3–4: we'll still help you diagnose the fault and supply replacement internal parts at cost (plus postage), so your panel keeps running.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or repair, use outside the published instructions, or normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer 30-day returns on all returnable products: let us know within 14 days of delivery, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
