Returns
30-day returns. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. To start a return, email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number or message our live chat.
Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
If a change-of-mind return has been used, or is not in its original packaging and resaleable condition, we deduct 10% to cover inspection, testing and repackaging. Nothing is deducted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect; please tell us about these within 2 days of delivery.
Warranty
The animalbud™ Red Light Wrap includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults under normal use. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper cleaning, charging or storage.
