Which stand should I choose for the Mega?
The Floor Stand is a simple slot-in base for one panel standing upright. The Lite Stand is height-adjustable and lets you angle the panel or use it horizontally over a bed or treatment couch.
How far away should I be from the panel?
For most sessions, 15 to 30cm (6 to 12 inches) works well. Sit a little closer for deeper muscle sessions and a little further back for face and skin routines.
How often should I use it?
Regular use matters more than long sessions. Most people use their panel 3 to 5 times a week, spending around 10 minutes on each area.
What is the difference between red and near-infrared light?
Red light (630 to 660nm) is visible and is mainly absorbed in the skin. Near-infrared (810 to 850nm and above) is invisible and travels deeper into muscle and tissue. Combining them covers both.
Do I need bare skin and eye protection?
Bare skin is best, because clothing blocks most of the light. Don't stare into the LEDs: close your eyes or wear light-blocking goggles, especially for face sessions.
Will red light tan or burn my skin?
No. Red and near-infrared light contain no UV, so they don't tan. You may feel gentle warmth, but a session should never feel hot or painful.

I love using my panel. Thank you all at BodyBud who supported me with all the information and kindness.
I bought the full body panel with a stand, which is highly recommended as it can be moved with ease whenever you want to use it. The item came securely packaged and I was able to use it within 5 mins of opening. I use both red and NIR at the same time for 10 mins on the front and then the back and I have noticed an immediate differences in the quality of my sleep in the first instance. Long term consistent use will determine overall benefits. Good customer service and would certainly recommend purchasing from bodybud if you are in the market for a red light panel.

Have used the panel daily for weeks now and am really happy with the purchase. It is probably the best packaged item I have ever received, so I was unsurprised to find a pristine panel inside. The panel is a good size and the build quality seems pretty good, too.
The Mega NIR panels arrived on time and in great shape, the lite+ stands were a little delayed however now they have arrived are very sturdy and sleek looking. We've used them personally however will be rolling them out via a home business in the near future.
Item was ordered ,as it stated it was in stock ,delivery then was the slowest I’ve ever experienced with previous lights from other sellers far faster ….no tracking was provided whatsoever ,so it was a miracle I was actually at home to receive it …..the delivery address was wrong so it was lucky the driver rang me ! …………I rang the company a couple of times ,no response ,I used instant chat which was useless …..all in all my take on it is …..it’s a drop shipping company that I would not use or recommend to anyone at all .

I got lamp with a stand. Lamp great. The stand is slightly cumbersome but glad I got it rathe than use other hanging options.
Using lamp is really easy. Stand constructed quite eaaily. Good instructions for both!
However I don't think I realised how often you need to use the lamp. I thought it would be 4 or 5 times a week not every day, so I will struggle with that. It's a good discipline though as its now a bit of 'me time'.
I don't expect to see immediate results in my skin tone/condition but I already feel less achy after exercise. I'm also sleeping loads better!

Excellent, really happy with it. I was a bit worried picking a device online. The irradiance was what swung it for me and the other reviews and they were right. My Mum uses it well for her hip and muscle aches and pains; the improvement in her mood (lifetime of depression and anxiety) is a wonderful plus. I’ve used a few salon devices and I know from the brightness of the red light and the warmth from the NIR that this is at least as strong if not better. Considering the cost of a course in clinics, this is well worth it for daily use, and the convenience. I hope to buy one for myself too!

I bought two of the largest lights and they arrived quickly. They are powerful and generate a lot of light. I do it for 10 mins every morning and so far it seems to have a positive effect on my mood and energy. Highly recommended and a great price!
Large panel made a difference.
I am glad I got this RLT panel as it helps me to save time by being able to be radiated on larger areas at the same time. I was previously using a smaller & simpler panel but needs more time to shine on different areas. This panel can feel significantly stronger & powerful as I can feel the difference when standing in front of it. No regrets in getting it.

Das bodybud MEGA ist für alle gedacht, die in einer Sitzung eine größere Körperfläche abdecken möchten. Es eignet sich gut für Sitzungen am gesamten Oberkörper, am Rücken, an den Beinen und an größeren Muskelgruppen – und für alle, die zu Hause eine effizientere Lösung als ein kleines Panel suchen.
Wie lange sollte ich das Panel nutzen?
Ein üblicher Einstieg sind etwa 10–20 Minuten pro Anwendungsbereich. Viele beginnen mit kürzeren Sitzungen und steigern sich je nach Wohlbefinden, Abstand und Bereich allmählich. Regelmäßigkeit ist wichtiger als sehr lange Sitzungen.
Wie weit sollte ich vom Panel entfernt sitzen oder stehen?
Für eine intensivere Anwendung an Muskeln und tieferen Bereichen positionieren sich viele näher. Für eher oberflächliche Anwendungen wie Gesicht oder Haut wird oft etwas mehr Abstand bevorzugt. Ein praktischer Bereich für zu Hause liegt je nach Aufbau und Wohlbefinden bei etwa 7–30 cm (3–12 Zoll).
Wie oft sollte ich es nutzen?
Die meisten erzielen mit regelmäßiger wöchentlicher Nutzung bessere Erfahrungen als mit sehr gelegentlichen Sitzungen. Üblich sind mehrere Sitzungen pro Woche, je nach Zielen und Routine.
Muss das Licht direkt auf die nackte Haut treffen?
Am besten trifft das Licht den Zielbereich möglichst direkt. Leichte, atmungsaktive Kleidung lässt etwas Licht durch, direkte Bestrahlung ist aber in der Regel die bessere Wahl.
Brauche ich einen Augenschutz?
Sie müssen nicht direkt in die LEDs schauen. Eine Schutzbrille liegt für Komfort und ein gutes Gefühl bei; viele tragen sie, schließen die Augen oder wenden das Gesicht während der Sitzung ab.
Ist Rotlichttherapie schmerzhaft oder unsicher?
Richtig angewendet gilt Rot- und Nahinfrarotlicht allgemein als nicht-invasive und angenehme Wellness-Anwendung. Sie sollte nicht schmerzhaft sein und unterscheidet sich deutlich von UV-Bräunung.
Werde ich davon braun?
