Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Most products in our range are covered by a 30 to 60 day return policy, depending on the item purchased.

How It Works

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return.
  • After notifying us, you will have additional time to post the item back.
  • To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Product pages outline specific return and notification timeframes, so please refer to the item listing for full details. If the product page does not list the timeframe then it will be shown below.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Authorisation from our customer service team is required before sending any items back.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using an insured service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Once received and inspected, we will confirm your eligibility for a refund.
  • We cannot accept returns for products that are used, damaged, installed, assembled, altered, or otherwise unsellable.
  • Custom, made-to-order, cut-to-size, bespoke, specially configured, or personalised items cannot be returned under our standard return conditions unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Hyperbaric chambers are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • Red light therapy panels have a maximum return period of 60 days, if bodybud are notified on day 30 after receiving the product. Once bodybud are notified, the customer has 30 days to return the product back to bodybud's facility.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We operate a 2-day reporting period for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

  • Please notify chat@bodybud.co.uk within 2 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video evidence where possible.
  • We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
  • After this period, we may be unable to accept claims for damage, faults, missing parts, or incorrect items.
  • Returns with earwax, scratches, warping, chipping, indentations, stains, odours, marks, or general signs of use will not be accepted.
  • Any minor manufacturing imperfections must also be reported within the 2-day window, or we may be unable to accept a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, customisation, installation, made-to-order, and location-specific reasons, some products are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom, made-to-order, cut-to-size, bespoke, special-order, or personalised products
  • Bedding products
  • Products that have been used, installed, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened, used, or handled in a way that makes resale unsuitable
  • Items returned without prior authorisation from our customer service team

Each product page will confirm if the item is returnable or not under the Returns tab. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like to order a different item, please follow the returns process for a refund and place a new order separately.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at chat@bodybud.co.uk or call 01708 872392.

  • Orders cancelled before fulfilment will be fully refunded.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process and may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Custom, made-to-order, cut-to-size, bespoke, special-order, or personalised items may not be cancellable once production, ordering, preparation, or fulfilment has started.

Products not listed above do not include a warranty unless stated on the relevant product page.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period.
  • Repairs or replacement where approved by the manufacturer or our support team.
  • Return shipping where approved as part of a valid warranty claim.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, incorrect installation, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Cosmetic marks, minor surface imperfections, or signs of use that do not affect product function.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions, safety guidance, or care information.
  • Any indirect losses, including loss of use, loss of time, loss of business profits, or related costs.
  • Warranty claims made in bad faith or involving suspected fraud.

How to Claim

Email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

We may ask for photos, videos, troubleshooting steps, or for the item to be returned for inspection. If approved, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue in line with the applicable warranty terms.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer and your order is eligible under EU consumer law, you may have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Please note that some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including goods that are made to order, clearly personalised, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, and other products excluded under applicable consumer law.
