The bodybud™ GlowPod uses red and near-infrared LEDs to create a wider light exposure area across the body while you lie down comfortably.

Red light at 660nm is commonly used in surface-level light exposure routines, while 850nm near-infrared light is invisible to the eye and used for deeper-feeling light coverage.

The GlowPod Pro offers a self-inflating mattress-style format for simple full-body use. The GlowPod Max offers a larger 3D sleeping-bag style design with upper and lower light sections for a more enclosed experience.

How to Use

Place the GlowPod on a flat, stable surface with enough space around it for ventilation and easy access.
