Delivery & Tracking
We offer delivery within the UK Mainland through our trusted supply chain of carriers.
This includes Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Pallex, 4PX, DX, and Evri.
Due to storage locations and variable item weights, each brand within an order may be given a different delivery slot. Delivery times can vary considerably for each type of product and brand. Therefore, please check the estimated duration on the product page to know how long your order will take to deliver. Sometimes, deliveries can overrun this duration, so we give an estimate. If we receive any orders whilst we are closed for any period of the year, the business day delivery period starts from when we are back open for business.
Free delivery for all orders over £25 within UK Mainland.
We Will Refund Custom and Import Charges
If you receive a customs and import duty fee from the courier, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we can notify you if the charges have already been paid. If the charges have not been paid, then the customer must pay for the charges and we will refund the amount to you once within one working day once we receive receipt of this payment.
UK Highlands & Islands
Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey, Jersey, Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland (excludes Gibraltar, see International).

We offer a paid International delivery service depending on your location. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are thinking of purchasing outside of the UK. We can provide a cost for this based on your order type and quantity.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Most items are then followed up with a tracking confirmation within 1-5 working days.
Some items do not have tracking associated with them such as our RecoveryStore Ice Baths. You will receive a call regarding the delivery and an appropriate date will need to be agreed for accepting the delivery.
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, we cannot be held responsible for the costs associated with returning the parcel to its original destination and/or sending the item back for further delivery. Any such expenses will be deducted from applicable refunds. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a successful delivery.
Time may be added to the estimated delivery dates to account for any delays in the delivery network due to unexpected disruptions or increased delivery volume (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events & courier delays, peak seasons, etc.).
