Your right of withdrawal at a glance

Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel.
You then have a further 16 days to send the goods back. Return postage is your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise. For large items (GlowBed products and hyperbaric chambers) you pay the full return freight.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, including the standard delivery charge you paid if you cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Please return items complete, with all original packaging, manuals and accessories. We may reduce the refund for items returned incomplete, damaged or handled beyond what would be allowed in a shop.
Exceptions, unless faulty: custom, made-to-order, cut-to-size or personalised items; GlowBed orders once production has started; bedding and hygiene-sensitive products (including grounding products) once opened or used; OMI PEMF products for horses.
