Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request to return your item within thirty days of delivery, and you must return it to us another thirty days after that (total of 60 days). Please note that the customer is responsible for covering this item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new condition and within their original packaging to receive a refund. We cannot grant a refund if the product is repaired, tampered with, missing items or in an unsellable condition.

To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and further details. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. There are no restocking fees applicable with the panel only option.

Warranty

We offer a 2 year warranty on all this red light therapy product. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. This warranty is void if the device is subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster or non-factory authorised modification or repair. This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the published instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product by the owner. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.

In my routine forever! :)

Use my panel everyday. Got the big size so I could cover front and back easily. Helps me with recovery from gym workout and I think skin is looking healthier as well which is a bonus.

10 minutes is enough!

I bought two of the largest lights and they arrived quickly. They are powerful and generate a lot of light. I do it for 10 mins every morning and so far it seems to have a positive effect on my mood and energy. Highly recommended and a great price!

Large panel made a difference.

I am glad I got this RLT panel as it helps me to save time by being able to be radiated on larger areas at the same time. I was previously using a smaller & simpler panel but needs more time to shine on different areas. This panel can feel significantly stronger & powerful as I can feel the difference when standing in front of it. No regrets in getting it.
