Returns

You can request to return your item within fourteen days of delivery and return it within sixteen days after your request. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new, sellable condition and with all the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Warranty

DefenderShield offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all their products. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. This warranty is void if the device is subject to alteration, misuse, accident or repair.

This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the provided instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.

I love my new Jacket!! I placed the order Tuesday with Julie and my jacket arrived on Thursday!! Julie was super helpful. Thank you Julie.
I wasn't quite sure of what size to order, but I can tell you the jacket runs slightly large. I ordered a medium and have extremely long arms. The arm length was perfect. I also typically wear a large or x-large shirt. This jacket fit over my long sleeve cotton shirt very nicely. I used to be a competitive swimmer which developed a larger chest size. Guys don't seem to complain. I like the pockets and the hoodie. I am happy I splurged on myself. I also bought the laptop pad and using it now as I type. My next big splurge will be the blanket. If I could unplug the router I would. But I do not have control over it. Err.....Thus I try every way to mitigate this destructive frequency none of us asked to have. Cheers!!
