Care & Maintenance

• Bath only needs to be cleaned by nonabrasive, everyday bathroom cleaner and wiped with a soft cloth.
• Never use any corrosive cleaners or ammonia and acid-based cleaners as these can damage the surface of the copper bath. Use a mild detergent or mild soap only.
• Avoid using steel wool and brushes as these can scratch the surface of your bath. Use a soft cloth for cleaning instead.
• Please dry the bath of whatever finish you have ( copper, nickel plated, color paint ) after every use otherwise it can have water marks.
• While bathing, make sure that the bathing substances that you add to the water are suitable for use in the copper tub. You should for example never use lemon in a copper bathtub

Returns

You can request and return your item within fourteen days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new condition and within their original packaging. We cannot grant a refund if the product is in an unsellable condition. 

To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Warranty

Coppersmith Creations offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all their products. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. This warranty is void if the device is subject to alteration, misuse, accident or repair.

This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the provided instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.
