Please can you tell me if the post anti bacterial filter adds any minerals ie : calcium & magnesium?
Yes, the post filter is remineralising filter with bacterial control properties
Does this product also remineralise the water? if not can it some with a remineralising unit?
Yes, the antibacterial post filter is the last stage on the HT+ Home and Office remineralises the water with calcium and magnesium adding approximately 50ppm.
1 litre per min sounds rather little for kitchen use? Can this be used as main kitchen tap and will is it always using filtered water or you can switch to unfiltered to clean dishes?
This Reverse Osmosis system is installed with a single dispensing tap (supplied with the system) or a 3-way tap so you can divert the reverse osmosis for drinking water only and clean with the other.
Returns
You can request to return your item within fourteen days of delivery and post it back sixteen days after that. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new, sellable condition and with all the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
This product is deemed accepted by the customer and cannot be returned once the build/installation commences.
Warranty
The warranty becomes effective at the date of delivery. Proof of purchase is required under the terms of the warranty. The warranty provides benefits in addition to your statutory consumer rights. The 2 year warranty covers the repair or replacement of all or part of your system if your system is found to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacture within 2 years of purchase. If any part is no longer available, or out of manufacture, Osmio reserve the right to replace it with a suitable alternative. Do not disassemble the system yourself as this will void your warranty and the company will not assume any responsibility for the resulting quality problems or accidents. The company will charge fully for parts and maintenance if it exceeds the warranty period or the machine breaks down due to damage. Please keep your sales invoice as proof of purchase. Osmio does not guarantee the repair or replacement of a product that has failed for any of the following reasons:
- Faulty installation, repairs or alterations not in accordance with the installation guide.
- Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use or care; misuse; neglect; careless operation and failure to use the system in accordance with the operating guidelines.
- Failure to maintain the water filters in accordance with the instructions. • The use of anything other than genuine Osmio ™ replacement parts, including the water filter cartridges.
- The use of the filter system for anything other than normal domestic household purposes.
- Failures of, or failures caused by, parts not supplied as part of the genuine Osmio ™ system
