30-day returns. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. To start a return, email chat@bodybud.co.uk with your order number or message our live chat.
Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
You're welcome to open the packaging to inspect your item. If a change-of-mind return comes back without its original packaging, or with packaging too damaged to resell it in, or needing cleaning before it can be resold, we deduct up to 10% to cover replacement packaging or cleaning. We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on this product. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. This warranty is void if the device is subject to alteration, misuse, accident or repair.
This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the provided instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.

What makes "air tube" different?
In normal earphones the speaker sits right at your ear. In Air Tube earphones the speaker sits further down the cable, and sound travels the last 17.8 cm to your ears through a hollow air tube, the same idea as a doctor's stethoscope.
So you keep the convenience of in-ear earphones, with physical distance between your head and the powered speakers.
Only air reaches your ear. The electronics stay further down the cable.

What are air-tube earphones?
Wired earphones where the speaker sits further down the cable instead of at your ear. Sound travels the last 17.8 cm through a hollow air tube, so only air, not electronics, reaches your ear.
Will they work with my phone or laptop?
These earphones have a USB-C plug, so they go straight into most newer phones (iPhone 15 and later and most Android phones), tablets and laptops with USB-C audio.
Only have a round headphone jack? Choose the Air Tube Headphones in 3.5 mm.
Are they good for phone calls?
Yes. There's a built-in mic and in-line controls for answering calls and controlling playback, so they suit work calls, video meetings and voice notes.
Does the air tube change the sound?
Sound is clear and natural for calls, podcasts and music. As the sound travels through air for the last stretch, bass is a little softer than in typical earbuds with the speaker at your ear, which many people find easier on long listening sessions.
Can I use them for exercise?
Yes. They weigh 25 g and come with three sizes of sports ear tips plus clothing clips to keep the cable in place while you walk, run or train. Keep them dry and wipe the tips after use.
How do I make them last? What does the warranty cover?
They come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. To keep them working: pull the plug, not the cable; don't bend, crush or tightly wrap the air tubes; and store them in the zip case.
Damage from pulling the cable, crushing or bending isn't covered. If sound drops in one ear, check the tube isn't kinked and the plug is fully in, then get in touch at chat@bodybud.co.uk.
