Maintenance
Maintaining your ice tub keeps it clean and hygienic, while also protecting it from damage. If you want to keep it clean, you should combine both prevention and treatment to protect it.
Filter Change: The filter should be replaced every three months
Filter Clean: Clean the filter once a month by cleaning the Ice tub:
Easy to Clean: It is recommended to clean the ice tub with soapy water or hot tub surface cleaner. We do not recommend household cleaning products. The smooth surfaces of the ice bath make it easy to clean and maintain, ensuring a hygienic experience every time.
How to Use
- Fill the ice tub with a garden hose
- Fill time: approximately 45 minutes
- Plug into 13 amp socket
- Click the one button start on the side
- Wait until the desired temperature is reached: Within 1 to 2 hours
- Enjoy Cold water therapy!

Returns
You can request and return your item within fourteen days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new, sellable condition and with all the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Warranty
Superior Wellness warrant this product and its parts against defects in materials or quality for 2 years for domestic use and 1 year for commercial use. During this period, Superior Wellness will repair or replace defective products with new or reconditioned products at Superior Wellness’s option, without charge. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by drops, typical wear and tear over time, the natural breakdown of colours, the materials with use, accident, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations or negligence.
This warranty covers only the normal use of the product. Superior Wellness shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorised Superior Wellness representative; (iv) damages incurred through irresponsible use or other non-recommended practices.
