Returns

You can request to return your item within five days of delivery and return it to us within ten days after your request. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new, sellable condition and with all the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to this product.

Warranty

Health Mate UK offers a lifetime guarantee on wood, heaters and electronic parts. The lifetime guarantee on the wood covers the warping and cracking of the wood but does not cover wear and tear caused by use.

Accessories and remote control have a two-year warranty.

This warranty extends only to the sauna's original retail purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. (In such case of commercial or institutional use, warranty is as such: Heaters: Lifetime; Wood: 2 years; Electrical Components: 2 years.

This warranty is void if the sauna is subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster or non-factory authorised modification or repair. This warranty is also void if the sauna has been operated or maintained in deviation from the published instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product by the owner. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage. Broken glass and light bulbs, whatever the cause, are not covered by this warranty.

I am so impressed with this company I need to write a review. Gert was professional and helpful from the very beginning. After ordering, the infrared sauna was installed within a week. The sauna is fantastic, you can smell the wood inside and I've been told that smell can last 10 years. We went for the standard 3 person infrared and it is spacious and just what we need. Gert gave great advice regarding the sauna and how to get the best out of it. I can feel the health benefits already, best decision I made was to go with this company.
