How It Works

The bodybud™ 2-in-1 PEMF Wellness Chair uses focused electromagnetic stimulation to support non-invasive muscle activation while the user remains seated and fully clothed.

When the user sits correctly, electromagnetic pulses are directed towards the selected area. The sensation should feel like repeated muscle contractions, not sharp pain. Users should start at a low intensity and progress gradually within a comfortable tolerance range.

The chair includes two selectable wellness areas: pelvic floor muscle training and lower-back conditioning. These can be used separately or together where suitable and comfortable for the user.

This product is designed for general wellness, body conditioning and non-invasive muscle stimulation only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

How to Use

Place the chair on a stable, level surface and lock the casters if fitted. Sit upright in a comfortable 90-degree seated position with the pelvis centred on the seat and both feet flat on the floor.

For lower-back mode, sit back firmly against the backrest. For pelvic floor muscle training, remain centred on the seat and start with a gentle intensity.

Remove metal jewellery, watches, belts, keys, coins, mobile phones, magnetic cards and electronic items before use. Wear lightweight clothing and do not use the chair with wet clothing or wet skin.

Start with low intensity for the first sessions. The manual recommends beginning around 10-30% intensity for sessions 1-2, progressing only if previous sessions were comfortable.

Keep intensity within a strong but comfortable contraction range. Pain, burning or severe discomfort is not acceptable.

Example Wellness Session Guidance

• First-use adaptation: 10-15 minutes, 1-2 times weekly, low intensity.
• Pelvic floor muscle awareness: 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times weekly, gradual progression within comfort.
• Lower-back conditioning support: 10-20 minutes, 2-3 times weekly, low-to-moderate intensity.
