Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your bodybud™ Compact Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation System to notify us if you would like to request a return.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in a clean, complete and resaleable condition, with all accessories, attachments, manuals and original packaging included where possible.

Returns cannot be accepted for items that are damaged, heavily used, missing parts, or returned without prior approval.

Warranty

The bodybud™ Compact Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation System is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults under normal use and correct handling. This applies to the main system and magnetic pad.

Cabling and the handheld body-conditioning applicator, where supplied, are covered by a 6-month warranty unless damaged through misuse, artificial damage or unauthorised modification.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, improper cleaning, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, unauthorised modification, unsuitable power supply, cosmetic wear, or use outside the intended wellness purpose.
