Securely place, mount or hang the panel inside your sauna according to your set-up. Keep the treatment area approximately 15cm / 6 inches from the light where suitable.

Always ensure the panel is fitted safely and positioned so it cannot fall, overheat against surfaces or be touched accidentally during use.

Use the touchscreen or remote controller to choose your preferred mode, brightness and session time. The timer can be set to 10, 15 or 20 minutes, making it easier to keep your sessions controlled and consistent.
