Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request to return your item within thirty days of delivery, and you must return it to us another thirty days after that (total of 60 days). Please note that the customer is responsible for covering this item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new condition and within their original packaging to receive a refund. We cannot grant a refund if the product is repaired, tampered with, missing items or in an unsellable condition.

To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and further details. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. There are no restocking fees applicable with this item. Manual and electric stands may be subject to a restocking fee.

Warranty

We offer a 2 year warranty on this product. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. This warranty is void if the device is subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster or non-factory authorised modification or repair. This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the published instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product by the owner. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.

I use my panel morning and night

Great addition to my little torch red light therapy I got previously.. Had this for a few weeks now.. I knew this therapy of both wavelength works so well for my pains and aches, I just invested into this bigger panel.

I have only used it for several days but I do think it has helped with my sleep. I have been using 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening. Good price point compared to other Red Light Therapy devices. I like how it has 4 different wave lengths of light.
