We recommend wrapping the tap when installed with PTFE tape to secure the tap and prevent tap leaks.
Delivery to the highlands incurs an additional £68 postal charge. All other areas in mainland UK are free delivery.
Please note: ice, filtration equipment and an electrical water chiller are not included. This is a manually cooled ice bath, so cold water and ice will be required to reach and maintain your preferred temperature.
How to Use
- Position the bath on a firm, level and water-resistant surface.
- Make sure there is sufficient access for filling and draining it safely.
- Fill the bath with cold water, leaving enough space for water displacement.
- Add ice gradually until the water reaches a comfortable starting temperature.
- Enter carefully and keep your first sessions short while you become accustomed to the cold.
- Drain, clean and cover the bath as required after use.
Start gradually: colder and longer is not automatically better. Never use the bath alone if you are inexperienced, and seek medical advice before cold-water immersion if you have a cardiovascular condition, circulatory problem, uncontrolled blood pressure, reduced cold sensation or another relevant health condition.

The bath can be used without it, but we recommend adding the lid—particularly for outdoor installations. It helps keep leaves, dirt and other debris out of the water between sessions.
Can it be kept outdoors?
Yes, provided it is placed on a stable, level surface and maintained appropriately. Using the optional lid will make outdoor upkeep easier. Drain or protect the bath during severe freezing conditions.
