Should I choose 5-wave or 7-wave?

5-wave is a red and near-infrared mix built for full-body recovery. 7-wave adds 480nm blue and 940nm near-infrared, so the same wall also covers skin-surface routines.

Floor stand or electric stand?

The floor stand is a simple fixed base. The electric stand adjusts height by remote, rotates the wall through 0 to 180 degrees and lets you use it upright or lying down over a bed or couch.

How long is a full-body session?

Because the wall covers the whole body at once, 10 to 20 minutes is usually enough. Start at the shorter end and build up.

How far should I stand from the wall?

Around 15 to 30cm (6 to 12 inches) for most sessions. Stand closer for deeper muscle work and further back for skin-focused routines.

Can I use it commercially?

What are the delivery, returns and warranty terms?

Walls are larger orders and usually arrive within 9 to 15 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £25 and we ship worldwide. A 2-year warranty plus 2 years' parts support is included. How long should I use the panel for?

A common starting point is around 10–20 minutes per treatment area. Many people begin with shorter sessions and build up gradually depending on comfort, distance, and the area being treated. Consistency matters more than doing very long sessions.

How far away should I sit or stand from the panel?

For more intensive use on muscles and deeper areas, many users position themselves closer. For more surface-level use, such as facial or skin-focused sessions, a little more distance is often preferred. A practical home-use range is roughly 3–12 inches depending on your setup and comfort.

How often should I use it?

Most people do best with regular weekly use rather than very occasional sessions. A common rhythm is several times per week, depending on your goals and routine.

Do I need to put the light directly on bare skin?

For best results, the light should hit the target area as directly as possible. Light, breathable clothing may allow some penetration, but direct exposure is generally the better option.

Do I need eye protection?

You do not need to stare directly into the LEDs. Protective goggles are included for comfort and peace of mind, and many users either wear them, close their eyes, or angle their face away during sessions.

Is red light therapy painful or unsafe?

Used properly, red and near-infrared light therapy is generally considered a non-invasive and comfortable wellness modality. It should not feel painful, and it is very different from UV tanning exposure.

Will this tan my skin?

No. Red light and near-infrared light do not work like UV tanning light, so the panel will not tan your skin.
