Returns

You can request to return your item within fourteen days of delivery and post it back sixteen days after that. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new, sellable condition and with all the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Warranty

OMI offer a 1 year warranty on all PEMF products. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation.

This warranty is void if the PEMF devices is subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster or non-factory authorised modification or repair. This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the published instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product by the owner. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.

Love the mat and customer support

I’ve been using the mat 2x a day (15m in the AM and 15m PM) and I’ve have relief from lower back pain and my sleep quality is insane! It’s worth every penny and pays for itself in quality of life.

I purchased this mat for my husband because he has chronic all-over pain. The mat shipped faster than expected; all items were neatly packaged in the box. After his first couple of uses, he said he did feel a little better. However, it is difficult for him to lay flat. I did read somewhere that you can put the mat on top of you instead. I am going to suggest this to him and see if that will increase his use of the mat.

I received the OMI Mat and started using it immediately to see if it would relieve the pain and stiffness associated with spinal stenosis. I was elated to find that the three 20 minute sessions of use has eliminated the need for pain medication which had consisted of 2 Aleve tablets every 12 hours. I can recommend the OMI Mat as it has been a blessing to me in easing pain.
